Do you have a Company registered on TruckersMP? You can import your Company from TruckersMP, including Members and Roles defined on the TruckersMP VTC system.
If the job added caused an economy reset and you have been teleported to your base garage, you are adding a job that is not permitted or is not spawn-able
Trucky doesn't check if the imported truck or trailer is compatibile with your game configuration. This will spawn this trailer attached to your truck, make sure there is sufficient free room.
